This course is to study the design, and applications of microprocessor and microcontroller systems based on CISC and RISC design. The focus is on the basic understanding of Intel and PIC16F84A structures and functions in order to appreciate the architectural design of these processors. The students are encouraged to study in order to acquire a better understanding.
