With the approval of CSAB’s President, Fr. Jose Rene C. Delariarte, OSA, a systems development workshop was successfully conducted for the Ad Hoc Committee spearheading the design and implementation of CSAB’s new Performance Management and Appraisal System (PMAS). The workshop, facilitated and mentored by consultant, Mr. Ruel Montenegro, focused on crafting a dynamic and results-oriented evaluation tool that assesses both performance outputs and behavioral factors. A standout feature of the system is its emphasis on aligning employee performance with institutional strategies, ensuring that individual goals contribute meaningfully to the school’s overall mission.
Initiated by the HRMDO through the leadership of its Director, Dr. Karen L. Zamora, the workshop session aims to establish a transparent and performance-focused evaluation system that promotes accountability and ensures that every employee’s efforts are aligned with the strategic goals of the institution. By doing so, the system will support data-informed decisions on promotions, rewards, and capacity-building opportunities, strengthening a culture of excellence, growth, and institutional integrity.
