CSAB administrators from various disciplines, including Teacher Education, Business, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Allied Health Sciences, and Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, were selected as discipline experts to serve as Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) members for CHEDRO XVIII – Negros Island Region. Their appointment by CHEDRO XVIII Regional Director Dr. Raul Alvarez will run from October 2025 to September 2027.
The selected CSAB administrators include Dr. Randdie Cuelo (VPAA), Dr. Noeda Madamesila (VPRIE), Dr. Dean Jan-Dolly Grace Deita (CASE Dean), Dr. Reyma Magbanua (CHAP Dean) and several Program Heads including Dr. Jo Ann Flores (Nursing), Dr. Lanie Campillanos (Education), Dr. Ana Roberta Guanco (Psychology), Ms. Gemma Delos Reyes (Medical Technology), Mr. James Senido (Pharmacy), and Mr. Louie Pagdato (Business).
During the onsite orientation held on October 1 at Central Philippines State University in Kabankalan City, the administrators were briefed on their roles, functions, and ethical responsibilities as RQAT members. They also received guidance on CHED policies, standards, and guidelines related to program evaluation and monitoring, enhancing their skills in documenting findings, preparing reports, and providing constructive feedback, while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement in higher education.
