Three faculty members and administrators of CSAB’s College of Health and Allied Professions–Nursing Program—Dr. Reyma M. Magbanua; Dr. Helen Salgado; and Ms. Aileen Joy F. Pelongco —successfully completed the evaluation phase of their capstone projects as NurseLEAD scholars under a scholarship grant from the University of the Philippines College of Nursing (UPCN).
Implemented by UPCN in partnership with the Johnson & Johnson Foundation’s Global Health Impact initiative, the NurseLEAD Program equips public health nurses and nursing educators with advanced competencies in leadership, management, and service implementation in support of the Universal Health Care agenda. The CSAB scholars will present their projects at the NurseLEAD Summit 2026 and participate in the NurseLEAD Impact Evaluation Study.
