The College of Arts, Sciences and Education (CASE) of CSAB participated in the Capacity Enhancement for Teacher Education Institutions, a national initiative focusing on the newly reframed pre-service teacher education curriculum spearheaded by the Teacher Education Council.
Held from September 29 to October 1, 2025, at Pinnacle Villas and Resort in Boracay, Aklan, the three-day program aimed to strengthen the delivery of professional education courses and bring teacher education institutions into alignment with the updated curriculum standards.
CSAB was represented by Dr. Lanie C. Campillanos, Education Program Head, who attended the session on Foundations of Special and Inclusive Education; Mr. Angelo J. Hechonava, Subject Area Coordinator, who participated in the session on Principles and Practices in Homeroom Guidance; and Dr. Jeessa Silva, faculty member in Education, who joined the session on Learner Assessment.
