Basic Education Admission Requirements and Procedures

New Students (K to 10)

Admission Requirements for New K to 10 Students:

A. Pre-school:
1. Photocopy – PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate
2. For Nursery: at least 3 Y.O. upon opening of the Academic Year

B. Grade School & Junior High School
1. Photocopy – PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy –School ID (Front & Back) on a single page.
3. PHP 250 – Admission Test/Placement Fee
For Grade 1: at least 6 Y.O.; proportionately higher for succeeding years.
For Grade 7: Maximum of 12 Y.O.; proportionately higher for succeeding years.

Admission Procedures for New K to 10 Students:
The admission and enrollment of qualified student applicants start and end at the Principal’s Office within the prescribed period.
