New Senior High School Students (Grade 10 Completers / Graduating)

Admission Requirements for New Senior High School Students (Grade 10 Completers / Graduating):
1. Photocopy – PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy – Grade 10 ID (Front & Back) in a single page
3. Photocopy – Valid PH Passport, if dual citizenship
4. 2 PCS – 2×2 ID Pictures in plain White Background
5. 2 PCS – Long Folders

Waived Admission/ Placement Test Fee.

Admission Procedures for New Senior High School Students (Grade 10 Completers / Graduating):
Step 1: Submission and screening of document requirements at the Senior High School (SHS) Office.
Step 2: Confirmation of the Scheduled Admission/Placement Test at the BED Guidance and Testing Center.
Step 3: The SHS Office reviews the student applicant’s admission documents and issues EF-2 for enrollment within the prescribed period.
