College Admission Requirements and Procedures

College New Students (SHS Graduates / Graduating Students)

College Admission Requirements for New Students:
1. Photocopy – SHS Report Card with the latest grading period
2. Photocopy – PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
3. Photocopy – SHS ID (Front & Back) in a single page
4. Photocopy – Valid PH Passport, if dual citizenship
5. PHP 250 – College Admission Test (CAT) Fee
6. 2 PCS – 2×2 ID Pictures in plain White Background
7. 2 PCS – Long White Folders

College Admission Procedures for New Students:
Step 1: Submission and screening of document requirements to the Admissions Office by the new student applicant, data encoding, and initial interview.
Step 2: Secure payment to the Cashier/ Teller for College Admission Test (CAT)
Step 3: Confirmation of the Scheduled College Admission Test (CAT) at the College Guidance and Testing Center.
Step 4: The college department reviews the student applicant’s CAT results, other documents, performs a department-specific interview, and decides if qualified to enroll within the prescribed period.

Applicant Category: College Transferees / Second Undergraduate Degree Proceeders

College Admission Requirements for Transferees / Second Undergraduate Proceeders:
1. Photocopy – College TOR for Evaluation
2. Photocopy – PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
3. Photocopy – Accomplished Subject Evaluation & Subject Crediting Form (Department will provide)
4. Photocopy – College Diploma of previous degree, if applicable
5. Photocopy – Valid PH Passport, if dual citizenship
6. Certificate of Transfer Credentials from the previous School
7. Good Moral Character Certificate from the previous School
8. PHP 250 – College Admission Test (CAT) Fee
9. 2 PCS – 2×2 ID Pictures in plain White Background
10. 2 PCS – Long White Folder

College Admission Procedures for Transferees / Second Undergraduate Proceeders:
Step 1: Submission of document requirements to the concerned College Department by the transferee or second undergraduate degree applicant for an initial evaluation and advice if qualified to proceed.
Step 2: Course/ Subject evaluation and crediting (of TOR) by the concerned College Department and Registrar’s Office.
Step 3: Submission of document requirements to the Admissions Office for the transferee or second undergraduate degree applicants, data encoding, and initial interview.
Step 4: Secure payment to the Cashier/ Teller for College Admission Test (CAT)
Step 5: Confirmation of the Scheduled College Admission Test (CAT) at the College Guidance and Testing Center.
Step 6: The college department reviews the student applicant’s CAT results, other documents, performs a department-specific interview, and decides if qualified to enroll within the prescribed period.
