CSAB Shines Bright: 100% Pass Rate in MechEng Licensure Exams, Outperforming National Rate

In a remarkable feat of academic excellence, the College of Engineering of Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod (CSAB) proudly announces that all 13 of its mechanical engineering exam first-takers have successfully passed the February 2024 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination (MELE) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), achieving a 100% pass rate for the institution.

The 13 successful examinees include Engr. Mark Joseph Aquino, Engr. Januel Avelino, Engr. Rizelle Anne Bantulay, Engr. Zedie Camacho, Engr. Allan Dominic Gecosala, Engr. Lester Jave Hechanova, Engr. Jimme Militante, Engr. Kaizerr Mohametanon, Engr. AL Nikko Dellera Nones, Engr. Andrea Jean Orcajada, Engr. Roden Silla, Engr. Arjohn Teguihanon, and Engr. Carl Tumlos.

With their exemplary performance, these engineering graduates have not only demonstrated their mastery of the core principles and skills required in the field of mechanical engineering but have also set another benchmark for academic success within the CSAB educative community.

When considering the institution’s performance in the licensure examinations overall, CSAB attained an impressive passing rate of 81.25%, surpassing the national passing rate of 65.85% by a remarkable margin of 15%.
